Analisis Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization pada Keterampilan Sosial Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Team Assisted Individualization terhadap peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani. Menggunakan desain Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group, sampel terdiri dari 60 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Subang yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket SSIS-RS. Hasil paired t-test menunjukkan kedua model pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa (Sig. 0,00 < 0,05). Namun, independent t-test menunjukkan bahwa Team Assisted Individualization lebih efektif dibandingkan Direct Instruction. Temuan ini merekomendasikan penerapan model tersebut oleh guru Penjasorkes untuk mendorong pengembangan keterampilan sosial siswa secara optimal.
