Latihan bahu untuk pencegahan cedera bahu pada perenang: tinjauan sistematis

Abstract

Swimmer’s shoulder adalah cedera musculoskeletal yang paling sering terjadi pada perenang. Tingginya insidensi cedera bahu pada populasi atlet menekankan pentingnya strategi pencegahan efektif. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendekatan yang menyeluruh yang mencakup pencegahan cedera. Tujuan dari review ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkritisi dan merangkum bukti-bukti hasil studi yang tersedia terkait program latihan pencegahan pada cedera bahu perenang. Sumber data diambil dari Proquest, Sciencedirect dan Google cendekia. Rentang data pencarian dari tahun 2020 sampai 2025. Kriteria inklusia yaitu mengevaluasi program latihan pencegahan cedera bahu pada perenang  desain studi randomized controlled trials (rcts), prospective cohort studies, dan cross sectional. Proses ekstraksi data mencakup identifikasi tujuan, metode, karakteristik sampel, jenis intervensi, instrumen pengukuran, dan temuan utama dari penelitian yang dianalisis. Sintesis data dilakukan melalui tinjauan sistematis. Dari penelusuran di berbagai database, ditemukan 62 studi, dan setelah seleksi berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan, terpilih 6 studi yang relevan. Hasil review ditemukan perenang memiliki risiko cedera bahu yang cukup tinggi, dan latihan penguatan otot rotator cuff yang dikombinasi dengan penguatan otot core ditemukan sebagai pendekatan yang paling direkomendasikan dalam program pencegahan cedera bahu pada atlet renang
