The research method is surveys and test implementation techniques which are then measured. The research location is at SMK Negeri 1 Cikalong, Tasikmalaya Regency. The samples involved were students who took part in volleyball as many as 25 students. Sampling by means of total sampling. The measurement tools used are the static flexibility test-shoulder and wrist. Processing and analysis of statistical data is SPSS series 24 and percentages. The result is 1 person with a percentage value of 4% (less). 11 people the percentage value is 44% (moderate). 8 people with a percentage score of 32% (good). 4 people with a percentage score of 16% (very good). 1 person percentage value 4% (perfect). The overall average is 8.61. Conclusion: Male students at SMK Negeri 1 Cikalong, Tasikmalaya Regency, after going through a test measuring the flexibility of their arms and shoulders, are included in the average or good category.</span></pre><pre><span>Penelitian ini bertujuanpengukuran fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu. Metode penelitian yaitu surveidan teknik pelaksanaan tes yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran. Lokasi penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Cikalong Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Sampel yang terlibat yaitu siswa yang mengikuti olahraga bolavoli sebanyak 25 siswa. Retna Kinanti Dewiretna.kinanti@fikes.unsika.ac.id<p>This research is a type of quantitative descriptive data survey research that aims to analyze the effect of anxiety levels on handball athletes at Singaperbangsa University in Karawang. The research method used is data collection filling out questionnaires to 10 handball athletes, of which 80% are male athletes and 20% are female athletes. The age of respondents was mostly the adult group (20-27 years) as much as 60% and the youth group (15-19 years) as much as 40%. Data collection is done through Google Form which consists of 26 statements using a Likert scale. The survey research results of the processed questionnaire data show the average value is 80.50 with a significant normality test of 0.996. The results measured in this study have been tested for validity and reliability has been confirmed previously. The conclusion from handball is that sport psychology has a very important role in understanding and managing athletes' anxiety. This anxiety can arise from match pressure, performance anxiety, and psychological factors that can affect athletes. However, by using sport psychology approaches, including mental training, support from teammates, and emotional management, athletes have the ability to overcome such anxiety. This research was conducted on class XII students of SMAN 1 Rancah to determine their emotional intelligence mastery category. This research does not look at gender as a comparison material for categories of mastery of emotional intelligence. The research instrument used a questionnaire from Goleman with a Likert scale. There are five indicators of emotional intelligence, namely recognizing one's emotions, managing emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing other people's emotions and building relationships. The study results show that students in each indicator are in the medium category. Superman training has a significant impact on increasing back muscle endurance in SSB Bhineka Futsal students, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency. 2. The alternating superman exercise affects increasing the back muscle endurance of SSB Bhineka Futsal students, Majenang District, Regency. 3. SSB Bhineka Futsal students from Majenang District, Cilacap Regency showed a significant increase in back muscle endurance which is different from alternating superman training compared to superman training.
