Peningkatan Literasi Digital Layanan Kesehatan Melalui Sosialisasi Aplikasi Mobile Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Pada Masyarakat Dusun Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Abstract


Revolusi teknologi dalam bidang pelayanan medis, terutama melalui platform Mobile JKN, telah memberikan aksesibilitas yang lebih baik bagi warga dalam memperoleh fasilitas kesehatan. Akan tetapi, pemanfaatan platform tersebut sangat tergantung pada kemampuan digital masyarakat, yang hingga kini masih menjadi permasalahan utama di wilayah rural. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi digital dalam ranah kesehatan melalui program edukasi platform Mobile JKN terhadap warga Dusun Sukaratu, Desa Sukaratu, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Menggunakan rancangan quasi-experimental, riset ini mengevaluasi peningkatan pemahaman partisipan terkait platform Mobile JKN melalui tes awal dan tes akhir. Temuan riset memperlihatkan bahwa walaupun ada kenaikan rata-rata pemahaman partisipan sebesar 3,18% mengenai platform Mobile JKN, analisis statistik dengan menggunakan tes Wilcoxon memperlihatkan bahwa perbedaan nilai tes awal dan tes akhir tidak bermakna secara statistik (p = 0,184). Elemen-elemen yang memengaruhi hasil tersebut mencakup jenjang pendidikan yang beragam, kelompok usia partisipan, serta waktu pelatihan yang kurang memadai. Riset ini merekomendasikan diperlukannya strategi yang lebih menyeluruh, termasuk program pelatihan berkesinambungan dan pendampingan setelah pelatihan, guna meningkatkan efisiensi program edukasi ini dan menjamin adopsi teknologi kesehatan yang lebih meluas di kalangan masyarakat.
