Sosialisasi dan Pendampingan Guru-Guru PJOK dalam Menggunakan Instrumen TGMD-3 untuk Siswa Disabilitas se-Kabupaten Lebak

Abstract


Kemampuan motorik kasar menjadi fondasi penting bagi partisipasi dan kemandirian siswa disabilitas, namun guru PJOK di Kabupaten Lebak belum memiliki akses dan keterampilan menggunakan instrumen asesmen terstandar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru PJOK dalam menerapkan Test of Gross Motor Development edisi ketiga (TGMD-3) untuk siswa disabilitas melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Metode pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan luring pada Agustus–Oktober 2025 yang diikuti 35 guru PJOK dari SLB dan sekolah inklusi se-Kabupaten Lebak. Kegiatan terdiri atas seminar pengenalan TGMD-3, lokakarya adaptasi item tes, simulasi penilaian, dan pendampingan praktik di sekolah masing-masing. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pretest-posttest pengetahuan, observasi keterampilan, dan kuesioner kepuasan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan guru dari rata-rata 54,2 menjadi 82,6 (p<0,001) dan 87% guru mencapai kategori terampil dalam mengadministrasikan TGMD-3 setelah pendampingan. Guru mampu mengadaptasi instruksi dan alat sesuai karakteristik fisik, sensorik, dan intelektual siswa. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan sarana dan ragam disabilitas yang kompleks, namun terbantu dengan modul adaptasi TGMD-3 yang disusun tim. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi dan pendampingan efektif membekali guru PJOK menggunakan TGMD-3 untuk siswa disabilitas, sehingga mendorong praktik asesmen yang objektif dan program gerak yang tepat sasaran. Disarankan pelatihan berkelanjutan, pengembangan bank item adaptif, dan integrasi TGMD-3 ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan jasmani adaptif di Kabupaten Lebak.
