ANALYSIS OF CORN MARKETING IN KARANGREJA VILLAGE, CIMANGGU DISTRICT, CILACAPNREGENCY

Abstract


The aims of this study were 1) To find out the corn marketing channel in Karangreja Village, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency. 2) Corn marketing margins in Karangreja Village, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency. 3) Farmer's share in corn marketing in Karangreja Village, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency. The data analysis used in this research is marketing margin and farmer's share. This research method uses case studies and the type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that there is a marketing channel I, namely from farmers to chicken feed factories (industrial consumers) while for channel II from farmers to collectors and then to chicken feed factories (industrial consumers), the marketing margin obtained from farmers is Rp. 200/kg. 3) Farmer's share received by corn farmers is 96% or it can be said to be efficient.
