STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN BISNIS DENGAN PENDEKATAN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (STUDI KASUS: INDUSTRI KECIL KERUPUK)

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perancangan model bisnis Usaha Kerupuk Ibu Neti dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) melalui analisis SWOT dan untuk mendapatkan strategi yang sesuai dalam pengembangan usahanya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan tidak menggunakan metode statistika. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Participatory Action Research (Penelitian Aksi Partisipatif), dimana peneliti terlibat langsung dalam setiap aktivitas perusahaan selama kurang lebih satu bulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Business Model Canvas dapat diterapkan dengan baik pada usaha ini dan strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi Turn Around. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa untuk pengembangan Usaha ini maka perlu diterapkan transformasi Business Model Canvas yang dilakukan oleh peneliti.
