TRANSFORMASI KUALITAS PELAYANAN: INOVASI BIROKRASI DALAM PENGELOLAAN UNIVERSITAS MUSAMUS

Penelitian ini fokus pada inovasi birokrasi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Universitas Musamus. Pokok permasalahannya adalah bagaimana implementasi inovasi birokrasi memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan di lingkungan universitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis metode implementasi inovasi birokrasi, serta untuk mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan universitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel penelitian melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan universitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi inovasi birokrasi melalui penyederhanaan prosedur, penggunaan teknologi, dan peningkatan kolaborasi antarunit telah berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pelayanan. Dampak positif ini tercermin dalam peningkatan kepuasan mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf administrasi. Kesimpulannya, inovasi birokrasi secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Universitas Musamus.
