KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER DALAM KONTEKS SPATIAL CREATIVE ECONOMY UNTUK MENGURANGI KEMISKINAN PERDESAAN DI KABUPATEN CIAMIS

Abstract


Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menghasilkan model knowledge transfer dalam pemetaan terhadap ruang-ruang creative economy sehingga terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, terbukanya tindakan kreatif yang terpetakan berdasarkan ruang kreatif, pusat kreatif di Kabupaten Ciamis.Pengelolaan UMKM dan kewirausahaan baru yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah UMKM dan kewirausahaan baru ini pada umumnya bergerak dalam creative economy yang sangat rentan terhadap perubahan pasar dan kebijakan pemerintah. Creative economy pada saat ini dipandang sebagai bisnis yang menghasilkan perkembangan daerah terutama berguna untuk meningkatkan parawisata dan pelestarian kebudayaan (heritage). Adanya ruang-ruang spatial menjadi penting dalam meningkatkan dan mendorong usaha baru kreatif dalam skala perdesaan. Ruang spatial creative economy dapat membantu memberikan penekanan terhadap perubahan besar dari peta mental masyarakatnya menjadi lebih kreatif dalam melakukan wirausaha dapat dipetakan selain CI pada level masyarakat diadaptasikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara eksplorasi dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui tahapan sebagai berikut: [1] Identifikasi dataknowledge transferdan spatial creative economy yang termasuk proses. [2] Identifikasi knowledge transferdan spatial creative economy dari data proses, [3] Petakan data knowledge transfer proses spatial creative economy; dan Pemodelan Analog knowledge transfer dalam Implementasi spatial creative economy.
