Pendampingan Implementasi Deep Learning dalam Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kota Malang

Abstract


Kondisi yang dialami mitra yaitu SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kota Malang bahwa guru Malang belum memiliki pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai konsep dan penerapan Deep Learning dalam pembelajaran. Keterbatasan ini berdampak pada kurang optimalnya integrasi Deep Learning dalam pembelajaran di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kota Malang dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa perlunya intervensi berupa program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan yang sistematis untuk membekali guru dengan pengetahuan konseptual, keterampilan praktis, dan strategi aplikatif yang relevan tentang Deep Learning dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Dengan intervensi tersebut, diharapkan guru mampu memanfaatkan potensinya, mengoptimalkan sarana prasarana yang tersedia, serta mewujudkan pembelajaran inovatif, inklusif, dan selaras dengan arah kebijakan pendidikan nasional. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SD Muhamamdiyah 9 Kota Malang dalam implementasi Deep Learning secara efektif pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Melalui program pendampingan dan pelatihan yang sistematis, guru diharapkan mampu merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan prinsip Deep Learning untuk mengakomodasi keragaman karakteristik, kemampuan, dan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan beberapa tahapan dianatranya yaitu 1) Sosialisasi, 2) Pelatihan, 3) Penerapan Teknologi, 4) Pendampingan, dan 5) Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi guru dalam hal konsep dan penerapan Deep Learning dalam pembelajaran, modul ajar dan implementasi pada proses pembelajaran yang telah dihasilkan telah menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu merancang proses pembelajaran berpendekatan pembelajaran mendalam (Deep Learning) didalamnya terdapat aktivitas mindful, meaningful, dan joyful learning.
