ANALISIS TATANIAGA SALAK PONDOH DI DESA MARGAHAYU KECAMATAN MANONJAYA KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA ANALYSIS OF SALAK PONDOH COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION IN MARGAHAYU VILLAGE, MANONJAYA DISTRICT TASIKMALAYA
Abstract
ABSTRAK IRFAN HILMI RAMDANI ,2024. Analisis Tataniaga Salak Pondoh Di Desa Margahayu Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Dibawah bimbingan AGUS YUNIAWAN ISYANTO dan SAEPUL AZIZ. Tataniaga salak pondoh merujuk pada seluruh rangkaian kegiatan ekonomi yang terlibat dalam proses pengadaan, pengolahan, distribusi, dan pemasaran salak pondoh, dari produsen hingga konsumen akhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran dalam tataniaga buah salak pondoh di Desa Margahayu Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, (2) Untuk mengetahui margin pemasaran tiap saluran pemasaran pada tataniaga buah salak pondoh di Desa Margahayu Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, (3) untuk mengetahui Farmer Share dalam tataniaga buah salak pondoh di Desa Margahayu Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis marjin pemasaran, analisis farmer’s share. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa tataniaga salak pondoh di Desa Margahayu Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran (SP), SP1 : Petani => Konsumen. SP2: Petani => Pedagang Pengecer =>Konsumen. SP3 : Petani => Pedagang Pengumpul => Pedagang Pengecer => Konsumen. Margin pemasaran SP1, SP2, SP3 yaitu Rp 7.000, Rp 5.000 dan Rp 6.000. Farmer share SP 1 : 100%, SP 2 : 50% dan SP 3 : 40%. Adapun hal yang disarankan dalam penelitian ini petani untuk mempertimbangkan saluran pemasaran dengan melihat kuantitas panen supaya tidak terjadi sehingga petani dapat memperoleh harga yang sesuai. Salak pondoh business refers to the entire series of economic activities involved in the process of procurement, processing, distribution, and marketing of salak pondoh, from producers to end consumers. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out the marketing channels in the salak pondoh fruit trading system in Margahayu Village, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency, (2) to find out the marketing margin of each marketing channel in the salak pondoh fruit trading system in Margahayu Village, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency, (3) to find out the Farmer Share in the salak pondoh fruit trading system in Margahayu Village, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The methods used are descriptive analysis, marketing margin analysis, farmer's share analysis. Based on the results of the research, it can be known that the salak pondoh business system in Margahayu Village, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency has three marketing channels (SP), SP1 : Farmers = > Consumers. SP2: Farmers => Retailers =>Consumers. SP3 : Farmers => Collectors => Retailers => Consumers. The marketing margin for SP1, SP2, SP3 is IDR 7,000, IDR 5,000 and IDR 6,000. Farmer share SP 1 : 100%, SP 2 : 50% and SP 3 : 40%. The thing suggested in this study is that farmers should consider marketing channels by looking at the quantity of harvest so that it does not happen so that farmers can get the appropriate price.
