Penelitian ini berjudul Adaptive Governance dalam Pelayanan Disabilitas di Kecamatan Mangkubumi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami konsep adaptive governance dalam pelayanan disabilitas di Kecamatan Mangkubumi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat variasi lembaga yang terlibat, terdapat komunitas Rehabilitasi Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (RBM) yang berasal dari komunitas masyarakat. Sehingga dirasakan perlu adanya penguatan lembaga formal dan informal dalam menangani isu disabilitas di  Kecamatan Mangkubumi dengan berkolaborasi, dan  mendorong ada nya tata kelola yang responsive dan  inklusif  terhadap penyandang disabilitas.
