Focus and Scope
Administrasi Pendidikan: Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Pascasarjana publishes original research articles and scholarly studies in the field of educational administration and management. The journal aims to provide an academic forum for graduate students and researchers to disseminate theoretical, empirical, and practical contributions that support the development of educational administration.
The journal covers topics such as educational management, educational leadership, policy and planning, supervision, human resource management in education, quality assurance, educational evaluation, school-based management, higher education management, and organizational innovation in education. Articles are expected to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of educational institutions at local, national, and global levels.

Peer Review Process
Educational Administration: Graduate Student Scientific Journal applies a peer review process to ensure the quality, objectivity, and academic integrity of published articles. Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial screening by the editorial team to assess its relevance to the journal’s focus and scope as well as compliance with the author guidelines.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The review process follows a double-blind review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field of educational administration.
The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance is made by the editor based on reviewers’ recommendations. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the reviewers’ comments before the article is accepted for publication.
Publication Frequency
Administrasi Pendidikan: Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Pascasarjana is published twice a year (biannually), in June and December. Each issue contains peer-reviewed articles that have passed the editorial and review process in accordance with the journal’s publication standards.
Manuscripts may be submitted at any time and will be processed upon receipt. Accepted articles are scheduled for publication in the nearest available issue.
Open Access Policy
Administrasi Pendidikan: Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Pascasarjana provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, and use the articles for lawful purposes with proper acknowledgment of the original source.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
