Analisis Supply Chain Management Beras di Gudang Bulog Kedungrejo Kabupaten Rembang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the the network structure and rice supply chain from procurement partners to consumers and to evaluate the performance of the rice supply chain using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. The research was conducted at the Bulog Kedungrejo Warehouse, Rembang Regency, Central Java. This study employed a case study method. The research location was determined purposively. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, involving a total of 15 informants comprising procurement partners, employees of the Kedungrejo Bulog Warehouse, retailers, and final consumers. The variables examined were the five core supply chain processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver, and return. Data analysis employed descriptive and quantitative methods. Descriptive analysis was used to examine the structure, network, and supply chain management, while supply chain performance was measured using the SCOR model with the attributes of reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, asset management, and cost. The results show that the rice supply chain at the Bulog Kedungrejo Warehouse involves Bulog Kedungrejo Warehouse, procurement partners, retailers, Rumah Pangan Kita, and consumers, with integrated flows of products, finances, and information. The performance measurement indicates that the attributes of reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness have achieved a superior performance level. The asset management attribute reached a superior position in the cash-to-cash cycle time metric and an advantage position in the daily inventory metric, while the cost attribute was at the gap parity position. Improvements are needed in performance indicators that fall within the advantage and gap parity categories to optimize supply chain management.
