PENGARUH TECHNOLOGICAL PEDAGOGICAL AND CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (TPACK) TERHADAP TEACHER READINESS MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN FAKULTAS EKONOMIKA DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Technological Knowledge (X1), Pedagogical Knowledge (X2), Content Knowledge (X3) secara parsial terhadap Teacher Readiness dan mengetahui pengaruh TK, PK, CK secara bersama-sama terhadap Teacher Readiness. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis dengan metode sampling yakni proportional random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui google form diukur dengan skala likert menggunakan sofware SPSS versi IBM 22 dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan variabel Technological Knowledge, Pedagogical Knowledge dan Content Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Teacher Readiness baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
