Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan soft skill sebagai variabel intervening pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret.
