Pengaruh Pencurian Identitas Online terhadap Kesediaan untuk Terlibat dalam Transaksi Electronic Banking pada Mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret

Era digitalisasi saat ini telah menimbulkan dampak besar bagi mayoritas negara, yaitu kemajuan teknologi. Adanya kemajuan teknologi membuat lembaga perbankan menciptakan layanan teknologi electronic banking dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah mahasiswa sebagai nasabah dalam bertransaksi. Namun, kenyataannya mahasiswa harus dihadapi dengan risiko pencurian identitas online dalam penggunaan layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pencurian identitas online terhadap kesediaan untuk terlibat dalam transaksi electronic banking pada mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walaupun pencurian identitas online itu sendiri tidak memiliki dampak langsung yang signifikan terhadap kesediaan, namun ketakutan akan kerusakan reputasi dapat meningkatkan kesediaan mahasiswa FKIP UNS untuk terlibat dalam transaksi e-banking.
