PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PJBL-STEM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kemampuan komunikasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan pendekatan STEM (PJBL-STEM) pada topik “Rumah Impian Hemat Energi”. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method dengan desain sequential explanatory. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan dari 83 siswa kelas IX melalui angket motivasi belajar dan kemampuan komunikasi, serta nilai hasil belajar proyek. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari observasi pembelajaran, analisis dokumen modul ajar, dan refleksi siswa. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar (sig. = 0,804) dan kemampuan komunikasi (sig. = 0,949) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PJBL-STEM. Temuan kualitatif mengungkap bahwa meskipun motivasi dan komunikasi siswa cukup baik, hasil belajar lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kompleksitas proyek, scaffolding guru, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih terintegrasi dan holistik dalam implementasi PJBL-STEM.
