Komunikasi Efektif Melalui Peran Sbar dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan: Literature Review

Abstract

Komunikasi efektif merupakan elemen penting dalam pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas, dan penerapan metode SBAR terbukti meningkatkan interaksi antar tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review terhadap 11 artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020–2025. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa 9 dari 11 studi (82%) melaporkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efektivitas komunikasi perawat-dokter setelah pelatihan SBAR, serta peningkatan keselamatan pasien melalui penurunan kesalahan medis dan keluhan pelayanan. Beberapa penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan SBAR mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat dan keterlibatan pasien dalam proses perawatan. Namun demikian, implementasi SBAR di lapangan masih menghadapi kendala pada aspek pengetahuan dan konsistensi penggunaan. Diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan organisasi untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat SBAR dalam praktik klinis.
