HUBUNGAN CARING PERAWAT DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP KELAS III RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN CIAMIS

Abstract

Pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit harus mengacu pada aturan dan norma yang berlaku. Salah satu instrumen yang tercakup dalam konsep keperawatan ialah caring perawat. Perilaku Caring perawat sangat penting dalam memenuhi kepuasan pasien, hal ini menjadi salah satu indikator kualitas pelayanan di sebuah rumah sakit. Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan merupakan kepuasan akan mutu pelayanan yang diberikan tenaga perawat terhadap pasien selama dirawat di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pasie di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis berdasarkan jumlah tempat tidur sebayak 244. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dengan proporsional ramdom sampling sebanyak 71 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa caring perawat sebagian besar berkategori baik sebanyak 44 orang (62%), kepuasan pasien sebagian besar berkategori puas sebanyak 36 orang (50,7%), dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis karena nilai ..... value (0,5 > 0,000 dan ..... hitung > ... tabel (39,300 > 7,815). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis. Saran diharapkanagar melakukan supervisi secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan perilaku caring perawat, memasukan perilaku caring sebagai standar dalam penilaian kinerja bagi perawat.Nursing services in hospitals must refer to applicable rules and norms. Research purposes This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse caring and patient satisfaction in the Class III Inpatient Room at the Ciamis District General Hospital. Types of research This includes quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients in the Class III Inpatient Room at the Ciamis District General Hospital based on the number of beds as many as 244. The research sample was taken by proportional random sampling as many as 71 people. The results showed that most of the caring nurses were in the good category as many as 44 people (62%), patient satisfaction was mostly in the satisfied category as many as 36 people (50.7%), and there was a significant relationship between nurse caring and patient satisfaction in the Class Inpatient Room. Suggestion It is hoped that periodic supervision of the implementation of nurse caring behavior should be carried out, including caring behavior as a standard in performance appraisal for nurses.
