Tantangan Perawat Dalam Merawat Pasien Covid-19 Pada Masa Pandemi Di Berbagai Seting Layanan Kesehatan Literature Review

Abstract

Virus covid-19 penyebab pandemi merupakan jenis virus baru yang  menyebabkan penurunan status kesehatan secara drastis, peran perawat menjadi lebih kompleks. Untuk memperkuat perannya dan konribusinya perlu diketahui tantangan yang dihadapi perawat  pada masa pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Menggali tantangan perawat dalam merawat pasien Covid19 selama pandemi covid-19 di berbagai seting layanan kesehatan.dengan pendekatan literature review. Metode penelitian tinjauan literature terhadap jurnal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2021, pecarian data melalui databased akademik online, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Pubmed, dan Proquest, dengan menggunakan panduan Prisma, dari 1615 artikel, 21 studistudy qualitative   masuk dalam   tinjauan literature ini. Hasil penelitian Didapatkan delapan studiseting layanan intensive care unit (ICU) dan instalasi gawat darurat (IGD), 7 studiseting layanan ruang isolasi ruamh sakit dan  6 studiseting layanan kesehatan Primary Health Care (PHC). Ditemukan 5 tema terkait  tantangan yang dihadapi perawat selama merawat pasien covid-19: (1) staffing, (2) alat pelindung diri (APD), (3) dukungan manajemen dan organisasi, (4) kesiapan mental, (5) kompetensi professional. Simpulannya untuk meningkatkan kontribusi peranan perawat yang optimal  dalam menghadapi masa pandemi dimasa yang akan datang memerlukan dukungan manajemen dan organisasi dalam mempersiapkan mental dan kompetensi profesionalisme perawat.
