HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN ASPEK SPIRITUALITAS PERAWAT DENGAN PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN SPIRITUAL PADA PASIEN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP PUSKESMAS MANONJAYA KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA TAHUN 2021

Abstract

Perawat harus berupaya membantu memenuhi kebutuhan spiritual klien sebagai bagian dari kebutuhan menyeluruh klien. Kebutuhan spiritual pasien yang terpenuhi menjadikan pasien lebih tenang dalam menghadapi penyakit yang dideritanya, sabar dan tidak mudah cemas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan aspek spiritualitas perawat dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pada pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Puskesmas Manonjaya Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan "cross sectional" sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 45 pasien yang di rawat inap di Puskesmas Manonjaya kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya periode bulan April-Mei Tahun 2021 dengan teknik sampel total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan aspek spiritualitas perawat pada pasien sebagian besar perawat menerapkan aspek spritual dengan tidak baik yaitu sebanyak 30 orang (66,7%), pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pada pasien sebagian besar kebutuhan spiritual pasien tidak terpenuhi yaitu sebanyak 28 orang (62,2%) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan aspek spiritualitas perawat dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pada pasien karena nilai α > ρ value (0,05 > 0,000) dan nilai chi square (χ2) hitung > chi square (χ2) tabel (15,000> 3,841).The nurse must try to help meet the client's spiritual needs as part of the client's overall needs. The patient's spiritual needs are fulfilled, making the patient calmer in dealing with the illness he is suffering from, patient and not easily anxious. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of the spiritual aspect of nurses and the fulfillment of spiritual needs in patients in the Inpatient Room of the Manonjaya Health Center, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency in 2021. This type of research was quantitative analytic with a "cross sectional" approach. The sample in this study were 45 patients who was hospitalized at the Manonjaya Health Center, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency for the period April-May 2021 with a total sampling technique. The results showed that the application of the spiritual aspect of nurses to patients, most of the nurses applied the spiritual aspect badly, as many as 30 people (66.7%), the fulfillment of spiritual needs in patients, most of the patients' spiritual needs were not met, as many as 28 people (62.2 %) and there is a significant relationship between the application of the spirituality of nurses and the fulfillment of spiritual needs in patients because the value of > value (0.05 > 0.000) and chi square value (χ2) count > chi square (χ2) table (15,000> 3.841 ).
